Ralphs, the bar at Uppal’s Orchid - Delhi’s first 5 star deluxe Ecotel hotel, has a remarkable forte - it is one of the few ‘wine-bars’ in the city. Ralphs specializes in a large collection of specialty wines and liquors in addition to offering a wide range of alcohol and liquors. The bar has been given a marine-aqua finish and has exceptional onyx lighting that gives the entire bar soothing waves of colour. Two large aquariums with exotic fishes complete the relaxing ambience. The ceiling is made of wooden logs and the floor has an unfinished wooden feel to it while cherry upholstery complements the unusual décor of the bar. The bar provides just the right ambience for a guest to relax and savour excellent wine.
