To ensure that the employees of Uppal's Orchid are environmentally aware, the hotel has taken the following initiatives:
Environmental training- All Uppal's Orchid employees undergo ‘Environment training’ to understand different eco-friendly operations of the hotel and how to protect the environment. The employees are also encouraged to give ideas and suggestions to improve the eco-friendly initiatives of the hotel. Workshops- All current employees undergo regular classes and workshops to update their knowledge about the environmental practices of the hotel.
